Elgin Multi Color 14k
This is an extremely crisp example of a multi-color, gold watch! The 16 size case is in excellent condition displaying green gold, rose gold, and yellow gold in a foliate design on the front lid centering on a beautiful cartouche that is initial-free. The reverse has all the elaborate detail of the front lid and one additional nicety, a hand engraved depiction of a bird in flight. This was probably the nicest case you could get from Elgin at that time, beatifully designed, and in several colors of solid gold! The movement is nothing to sneeze at either; a 17 jewel beauty that is running like a top after our master watchmakers have accomplished a complete restoration. The serial number identifies this watch as being made in 1921. It has a shield that is just waiting for your initials to be engraved! Our one year parts and labor warranty ensures that this watch is in the best condition possible.
